It was a beautiful day in Agon, the birds were singing and people were bustling about the square to go on to
their daily duties. A group of people though were beginning to wrap themselves interestedly around the fountain, their attention caught by what was happening
there.
A slim body was entertaining the eyes of common people in the square, who were looking an amazement at what was happening. The soft, gracefully curved body contorted herself as she weaved her body this way and that. Her hair, as crystal blue as the water in the fountain, bound in two braids, danced about her face, the smaller pieces dancing across her eyes. Her eyes, as blue as the hair that was on her head were shining and sparkling, emphasizing the smile that was placed on her soft lips. The blue fabric of her shirt fluttered a bit in the breeze, but it was the skirt that she wore which seemed to be catching the attention of the all the people. Her dancing was beautiful, and the bangles that she wore at her wrists and ankles were creating a beautiful melody that she was dancing to, but there was something else. The blue skirt that she wore, which was tied up at one hip and slip down the middle was giving birth to water.
From the folds of her skirt, as she twirled and swayed back and forth seemed to be spraying droplets of water in the air, which hung there and began to dance as if they were fairies. She smiled at them and her lips moved quickly, whispering their words. They began to circle her body as more water joined them, and pretty soon a stream of water was circling her body. She smiled and winked at the crowd as the stream began to circle her body faster, and twisted all the way up her body before starting back down. She continued to dance, her tempo matching that of the water, the jingling from her ankles rising to meet the demands.
The water got thicker and as it twisted upwards on her body, it seemed to be wrapping around her, enveloping her. It stayed that way for a moment or so and the silhouette that could be seen of the young woman seemed to be changing shape, until a serpent was inside of the water. In the next instant, as it twisted it's body around the water, it's glorious head stuck out, beautiful crystal blue scales glittering magnificently in the sunlight, and it seemed to smile at the people who gazed in awe of the creature.
The head disappeared into the water, and at the same time it seemed to recede and the young woman was left standing in it's place. She stood still, the jingling coming to a stop and took a bow to the clapping hands that were around her. She smiled, her eyes sparkling as the tinkle of coins could be heard dropping at her feet.
